FAQ's:
Do I need to reserve my spot?
Yes! It's not like a normal yoga class where we can squeeze in. We have a limited amount of boards, therefore reserving your place is absolutely necessary.

What should I wear?
Swimsuit, shorts or leggings. Wear clothes that can get wet.

What should I bring?
Sunscreen, water, hat & towel

Do I need a yoga mat?
Nope! We will be doing yoga on the SUP's. PFD’s & lifejackets are available.

Can I bring my own board?
If you have a SUP contact Rachael to discuss pricing & board suitability for class.

How much experience do I need?
No experience is necessary but YOU MUST KNOW HOW TO SWIM. Our SUP's are beginner friendly! You will receive helpful instructions & an oppertunity to paddle before we practice yoga.

What level class should I expect?
All classes are open level. Which means, we will evaluate each group & gear the class according to the group's specific needs & goals.

Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, we have a strict 24-hour nonrefundable cancellation policy.

Will I get wet?
Plan on it! Falling & getting wet is half the fun. It's how you learn & cool off!
