What to Expect
- Guided Meditation: Begin each session with a short, calming meditation to ground yourself and set a clear intention for your day.
- Morning Pages Writing: After meditation, we’ll spend time writing Morning Pages. You’ll stay on Zoom & write in your own space for accountability and connection.
What Are Morning Pages?
Morning Pages, a practice introduced by Julia Cameron in The Artist’s Way, are three pages of longhand, stream-of-consciousness writing done first thing in the morning. It’s a chance to clear your mind of mental clutter, unleash creativity, and let thoughts flow freely. This is not about creating polished work—it’s a private, unfiltered way to reconnect with yourself.
